I would like to express my condolences to the family of Charles Randall Tingen. I am saddened by the news of his passing.

I lived with Randy in Cashiers, NC for several years during the early 1980's. At one time, Randy was the love of my life.

I will always treasure the memories we made together. God rest his soul. His family and friends are in my prayers.

My husband and I bought our first cabin in Cashiers 9 years ago. As soon as we walked into the place we felt secure because of the excellent construction and felt that the person that built it had the integrity and pride in his work. We later found out that Randy had built our cabin and found out that he was the same builder that built my good friend Linda's beautiful house too. His children should and will be proud to know that their father was a great builder and will be missed in the Cashiers area.
