Dear
Janet,
We were very saddened to hear of Rodney's passing. He was such
a nice man and extremely talented. I know that The Bascom appreciates
so much his and your exhibits. Please know that you are in our
thoughts as we remember Rodney.

Hi
Janet:
Please
accept our condolences on Rodney's death. We had not seen each
other in years, but it was still a shock to hear about it.

Janet
dear,
I
was shocked to read of Rodneys death in todays paper
.
Guess I thought he would go on forever ! I feel for you in this
huge loss because I know how close you two were.
When
you and I were working together in the catering business I would
sometimes overhear your saying goodbye to Rodney on the phone.
At the end of every conversation you said I love you.
That touched me to hear that.
The
only thing I can say now is I love you and may a good God carry
you through this time of sorrow.
Your
friend, and his
Jill

Chris
and I are so sad and upset about Rodney. We were just there last
weekend and did not know he was ill. Janet, we hold you and your
family in our hearts and prayers and know this is a big loss for
you. You have always been such a support for us and you were one
of our first couples we knew in Rocky Knob. We will miss him very
much. He was so strong and so fit, he was an example for all of
us. We will be there this weekend so hope we can assist in any way.

Hi
Janet,
You probably
dont remember me- I was one of Rodneys students in
the late 80s in Atlanta . He was one of my earliest Aikido teachers.
I always respected him as a person and an instructor, and will
miss him.
Please accept
my condolences. Im sorry to be sending this so late, but
I was just surfing the net here in China and happened upon the
obituary. Ive been out of the US now for over 10 years;
in my mind, Rodney was always a fixture in the Southeast. Its
difficult to picture Georgia or
North Carolina without him.
Good luck
with everything; I wish you the best.
Sincerely,
Chris Rozett
