To Mrs. Evelyn Hopkins,

My sincerest condolences to the family of ' Skip ' Hopkins. He was a classmate of mine at Roosevelt High School in St. Louis. We graduated together in 1966!!! He was the envy of a lot of fellow friends with his ( I believe ) a 1965, blue, Olds 442. He was in the fast lane at school, and was well liked by all that knew him. What avenue of life took him to Highlands, N. C. ? I lost track of him during the Vietnam War many years ago.

Perhaps he still had a 1966 Bwana Graduation Book. My name is Jerry Lewis, if you would like to look up my scary picture.

I surmise from the obit that you and Skip had no children. I'm sorry, but then again maybe you as a couple did not wish to have children. My 2nd of three daughters is of this opinion. I will miss the grandkids.
May God bless his family, and hope for better days.

Love & Prayers to You,
Jerry & Gayle Lewis
