To Frances, the girls, Jessie and Tib;

I was so sad to hear of Sam's passing last week. Lucy called and left me a
message but there was no way I could make it there in time for the
services. Please know that Sam held a very special place in our hearts and
he was loved by all who knew him. He will be missed forever.

My heart, thoughts and prayers are with you all as you go through this
difficult time. Hopefully we can all find peace in the fact that he is
truly in a much better place and we will see him again one day.
