Bob and I are so deeply saddened with your loss of Ashley. I am looking at her photo with her beautiful smile and it doesn't seem possible that she is no longer here. Our hearts break knowing that you are dealing with this devastating loss as you struggle with your own health concerns. Please know that our prayers are with you and that through it all, God is present to comfort and heal. Much love to you and your family.

Lane, Leah and family, I am at a loss for words. I am saddened at the loss of Ashley. We remember her as a little girl playing jokes on her babysitter. Her dad, Rober, loved his girls and grandchildren and so proud of them, passing pictures to his clients and friends. May GOD comfort you. You will be in our prayers.

Lane,

I was stunned when Chris forwarded Ashley's obituary to me. I can only imagine the pain you are experiencing right now, and I am so saddened by this tragic loss. I never had the opportunity to know Ashley as an adult woman, but I have such fond memories of her as a child. To me she will always be that 5 year-old with the big, engaging smile. I hope you can find comfort in your happy memories and in the legacy she leaves behind through her daughters.

Still trying to understand and believe that the young, loving mother I saw this past August and also my godchild is no longer with us. I am so thankful that I got to see her then laughing and playing with her girls and nieces. I will always remember the good times at Easter camping and hunting Easter eggs on Kings Mountain. Emalyne and Anna Kate are lucky to have had the love of Ashley and Pete as a wonderful foundation.

Dear Peter and family... I am so very sorry to learn of your loss of Ashley

Fortunately, death is only a temporary part of life. Jesus promised us a wonderful resurrection of the dead (John 5:28,29/1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14), so we have the hope of being reunited with our deceased loved ones. In the meantime, even though the pain of loss through death may sometimes seem insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure the coming months (Psalm 46:1).

Please accept my deepest sympathy and sincere condolences…. John
