Terry (Lambert) Carpentier

Terry Lambert Carpentier went to be with our Lord on Easter morning April 16, 2017. Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of the late Alcide and Eva Lambert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Jeanette Cardin, Florence Neuroda, and brother, Louis Lambert.

In the mid '40's, Terry moved to Florida where she resided almost 40 years before returning to Woonsocket where she married Marcel Leo Carpentier. After Marcel's death in 2003 she moved to Otto, NC to be with her daughter and son‑in‑law, Shannon and Earl Carlton. Terry's last five years were spent at Grandview Manor Assisted Living in Franklin. She could be seen daily playing cards, working on jigsaw puzzles, reading or chatting with friends. She was an avid reader visiting the library weekly. She also loved music, played the piano and spoons. Terry spent her career years working in the medical field. She was a member of Resurrection Lutheran Church and frequently attended Trinity Assembly of God with her daughter.

She is survived by a daughter, Shannon Carlton (Earl) of Otto, NC; granddaughter, Jody Lowd (Eric) of Melbourne Beach, FL; grandson, Earl Justin Carlton (Meredith) of Brandon, FL; two great grandchildren, Chase and Parker; three nephews and nieces, and several great nephews and nieces that she loved dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Trinity Assembly of God, 6971 Georgia Road, Franklin, NC 28734.

In lieu of flowers the family graciously asks that memorial donations be made to the Trinity Assembly of God Missions Fund, 6971 Georgia Rd., Franklin, NC 28734.
