I knew her from working with her at Grandview Manor.. Terry was Our Butter Queen. She had a laugh all her own. God bless all the family.

I would like to offer my condolences to Shannon and the Carpentier, Lambert family. 90 years is quite an accomplishment according to the Bible (Psalm 90:10) and I know Terry has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. Hopefully this scripture will give you comfort because Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18) is promising us he will do away with man's worst enemy, death. This is found for us at Rev. 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matthew 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. John 6: 40 tells us: "For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day." Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago. Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it."
This is a wonderful promise made to us by our heavenly father and I pray it brings you comfort and hope. Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Again, I offer my sincere condolences to the family. Our heart goes out to you Shannon, Earl and the family. Your mom was a light in my life from the time I was old enough to write...I would write to her the years she lived in Florida...she would write back and tell me how she loved my "newsy" letters...ha....and then again when she went into the nursing home...the letters kept coming and going for 5 more years...I was so happy to know that she looked forward to them every week or so....She was beautiful person and when my mom passed, she adopted me as a second daughter....I'll never forget you aunt Terry and while we are saying goodbye for now....others are saying "welcome home"! Enjoy your new life.

In our loss, Heaven has gained an entertainer. Aunt Terry will be playing the spoons for our Lord and all the angels will be tapping their feet. So if you think you hear thunder, just know the everyone in heaven is tapping their feet to the tune, and her beloved Marcel will be playing along with guitar. We love and miss you Aunt Terry.

Paul and I offer our deep condolences for Terry's passing. She was a wonderful aunt and we both loved her. Paul has very fond memories of her. He tells the story often of Terry taking care of him after he was born while his mother stayed in the hospital after delivering him. We know that now she is with Marcel, Alcide and Eva Lambert (her parents), her siblings Jeannette (and Pete), Florence (and Victor), and Lou, and her niece Lorraine. May she rest in peace.
