James "Sam" Myers, November 26, 1950 ‑ March 10, 2018, was born in Wilcox County, Georgia to the late Jim and Eloween Stubbs Myers.

He was an auto mechanic and he loved to make people laugh and be happy.

Survivors include his companion of 18 years, Meredith Lakes; a daughter, Jamie Myers of Clyde; a son, Jeremy Myers (Heather) of Waynesville; grandchildren, Kendall Myers, Liliana Myers, Kayley Myers; sisters, Elaine Myers and Rhonda Myers and brothers, Johnny Myers, Max Myers, Melvin Myers and Ronnie Myers.
