I had the privilege of caring for Sue in the later part of her journey. Sue was a very considerate person and always wanted to help those around her. Mary's daughter Debbie was devoted to her mom, always looking after her comfort. Mary was special and I will miss her. Love ~

I will always remember Mary Sue baking her peanut butter balls and giving them to us for Christmas. I think that was the first gift we went for just to get them open and eat one. I'm so glad I got to sit with Mary Sue and you Deb, and talk for a while and to treat Mary Sue to some delicious peanut butter balls of my own. Now, it has become a tradition of mine, baking peanut butter balls for Christmas from the recipe and secrets Mary Sue gave me and every time I make a batch, I think of her. Her smiles and laughter will be missed dearly but Mary Sue left us with so many memories to hold close to our hearts forever.

Sending my greatest sincere condolences to all Sister Sue's family! I am so sorry that Ms Sue has passed on - knowing, however that she is now at rest with Brother Don and in the presence of all her brothers and sisters - and especially in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We know that one day - we will be reunited with her and all our family again at that great Homegoing day! God Bless you all. Love you all so so much! Amen!!

Praying for each of you at this time. Sue was such a special lady. A great Mother, friend, neighbor and so many other names to so many of us. She was a nurse to me back when I was brought back from VA after Mark was born. For five months she took care of me. What a lady she was to all of us. I know you guys will miss her. But I’m thinking about the Reunion all the people from Forest Ave. are having up there. So many have gone and are waiting on us. What s day that will be. I will be praying for each of you. Stay close to one another. Family is so important and was to your folks as it was to mine. Get together as often as you can to remember your sweet parents and the good times you had with them and with each other. I love you all. 🙏❤️
