Kenneth Harrison Planck

Kenneth Harrison Planck, 95, of Lake Mary, FL. former resident of Franklin, NC passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022. He was born in Morehead, KY to John William Plank and Mary Lou Whisman. He was an Army Veteran serving in WWII. He retired from Winn Dixie Stores and Macon County. He was a former member of First Christian Church of Franklin. Ken was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Mary Alice Planck and a son, Kevin Lee Planck. He is survived by one daughter, Paula Jean Ellis (Dan) of Maitland, FL, two sons, Gary Lynn Planck (Dixie) of Spartanburg, SC, and Kent Harris Planck (Shirlie) of Conroe, TX. He was blessed with 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, December 28th at 12:00 at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home in Franklin, N.C. with Minister Alan Martin officiating.
