Alyson Stacia Payne

Ms. Alyson Stacia Payne, 32, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2022. Alyson was born February 26, 1990 in Jackson, Co. to Kevin Payne and Sabrina Welch. Alyson was larger than life. She loved her family, friends, and people. She loved photography, art, music, and woodworking. She worked at Drake software as a graphic designer. Alyson was also a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her father, Kevin Payne; mother, Sabrina Welch; brother, Ethan Payne and his wife, Brittany Payne; nephew, Clay Payne; great-uncle, Dean Henson; maternal grandparents, Dale and Tava Welch; uncle, Chad Welch; and two cousins, Rachel Cowart and Christen Zimmerman.

Alyson was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kyle and Marilyn Payne; and her aunt, Melanie Payne.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the Asbury UMC with the Rev. Eric Henson officiating. Burial will follow in the Asbury Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm July 5, 2022 at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home & Crematory.
