Anjana (Jethwa) Smith

Anjana Jethwa Smith, 66, of Franklin passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018. She was born December 7, 1951 in Nairobi, Kenya to Mulji Jethwa and Muktaben Jethwa and at 12 years of age Anjana and her family migrated to Leicester, England. In 1978, Anjana relocated to the United States where she was employed as an IT worker.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Gerald Smith and her children, Patrick Modarelli, Joshua Smith, Alissa Modarelli and Kelly Smith.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Bryant‑Grant Funeral Home and Crematory.
