Anne Goldston Patton, 77, of Johnson City, passed away Friday, September 20, 2019, at the Johnson City Medical Center.

She was born in North Carolina, a daughter of the late Charles and Sarah Patton.

She is survived by her siblings: Martha Brown of Johnson City, Mary Shutko of Houston, TX, and Charles Patton of Memphis; nephews, Allan Reaves (Suzanne), and Erby Brown Jr. (Judy); great nephews, Noah Reaves, Cooper Reaves, and Stephen Martin; nieces, Candice Shutko (J.J.), Tina Martin (Steve), Nicole Shutko, and Tammy Ruston (Greg); great nieces, Tatum Reaves, Kasey Martin. Ava Burdin, Colette Burdin, Rachel Asher (Adam), and Sarah Ruston; and great-great nieces and nephews, Adelynn Asher, Kameron Martin, Kyler Cham, and Kayleb Campbell.

A private graveside service will be held at Patton United Methodist Church Cemetery in Franklin, North Carolina, on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Evan Hill officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church (2001 South Roan Street, Johnson City, TN) or to the Washington County-Johnson City Animal Shelter (3411 North Roan Street, Johnson City, TN).
