Betty Louise Higdon

Franklin, NC - Betty Louise Higdon, age 90, of Paris, TN, formerly of Franklin, NC, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011. She was born in West Union, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Glennwood and Mary Agnes McInTosh Phillips. She was married to the late James Dean Higdon, who passed away July 4, 1997.

She is survived by two daughters, LaVerne Williams and husband Joe of Paris, TN, and Kathryn Marshall and husband Larry of Roswell, GA; two brothers, Marvin Phillips of West Virginia and William Phillips of Pennsylvania.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Max Phillips and Bob Phillips.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 30th at 2:00 pm at Sugarfork Baptist Church Cemetey.
