Bobbie "Junie" Mccall

Cashiers, NC - Bobbie "Junie" McCall, age 74, of Zeb Alley Road, Cashiers, NC passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at a Highland-Cashiers Hospital. She was born in Jackson County, the daughter of the late Luther Ed Rice and Gracie Burrell Rice. She was married to Thomas Vane McCall who passed away November 8, 1997. She was a homemaker and a member of the Cashiers Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother and she loved flowers and gardening.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Waller and her husband, Ronnie of Highlands, NC and her son, Charles Thomas McCall of Cashiers, NC; one sister, Betty Henson of Cashiers, NC; one brother, Lloyd Rice of Cashiers, NC; five grandchildren, Kenny Waller of Wilmington, NC, Allison Waller of Highlands, NC, Jenna McCall of Cashiers, NC, Ethan and Zoe McCall of Franklin, NC; one great-grandson, Jaden Bryant of Highlands, NC.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 7 at 1:00PM at the Cashiers Baptist Church with Rev. Scotty Patrick and Rev. Johnny Norris officiating. Burial will be held at the Lower Zachary Cemetery. Charlie Henson, Brandon Henson, Stuart Coggins, Shane Owen, Adam Bryant, Jeremy Stewart and Luke Underwood will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 7 from 11:30 - 1:00PM at the Cashiers Baptist Church.
