Bradley Kevin Jones

Mr. Bradley Kevin Jones, 49, of Franklin, NC passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Brad was born July 13, 1975, in Griffin, GA to Rebecca Duke Bates and the late Howard Jones.

In his youth, Mr. Jones played little league and recreational baseball. Brad graduated from Griffin High School 1994. In April of 2006, he moved to Franklin, NC. Though a mechanic and welder by trade, he loved to race motor cars and dirt bikes. Brad also loved low rider trucks and cars of all types. He enjoyed the outdoors and liked to fish. He also liked to cook, especially on the grill. Brad was an avid Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Falcons fan. Brad had a great sense of humor and liked to have fun; above all he loved his family.

Brad is survived by his mother, Rebecca Duke Bates; his son, Treyton Jones; a sister, Andrea Bridgeman (Christopher); a niece, Jade Lane (Caimen); two grandnephews, Silas Livery and Jackson Lane; an aunt Linda Bottoms; and many cousins.

In addition to his father, Howard Jones, Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur & Nettie Duke and Leamon & Helen Jones; his aunt, Judy Williams; and his uncle, Dale Jones.
