Brenda Speed Guertin

Brenda Speed Guertin passed away Thursday January 13, 2022. She was born October 10, 1948, to the late Chester and Kate Ledford Speed. Brenda was a dedicated sister, loving mother, grandmother, wife and to many known as "Nannie". She has left a void in many hearts that will never be filled here on earth.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Louis Guertin,ll; daughter, Theresa Zachary; son Christopher Zachary; four grandchildren, Christy Leigh Owens, Levi Owens, Ashtin Zachary and Lathan Zachary; two great grandchildren, Zaithan and Zaine Maney; seven sisters, Kathy Branum, Pat Green, Frankie Beck, Susie Barnes, Nancy Tilson, Lillian "Tinker" Guillet and Rita Speed; one brother, David Speed; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Brenda is preceded in death by her first husband, George Zachary; her beloved son Robbie Zachary; a brother Calvin Speed and her mother-in-law, Dolly Guertin.

A celebration of life for Brenda will be Saturday January 29, 2022, from 1p-4p at the Highlands Community Center.
