Franklin, NC - Caleb William Charles Watson, age 3, of Franklin, NC, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015. He was born in Jackson County and has been under a doctor’s care half of his life. He was very loving, he enjoyed riding in Poppie’s truck, being outside and stomping in mud puddles, and he loved his dog, Silahs. He was recently granted a make a wish to Disney Land. Caleb got the chance to meet his favorite superhero, Spiderman. He loved to ride his fast bike and scooter. Caleb’s strength, dignity, and love for his family are unparalleled.

He is survived by his parents, Chuck and Colleen Moffitt Watson, Jacob Watson and Emily Claire; other family members include Emily, Robbie, Marty, and Billy Lenski.; maternal grandparents, Bud and Dee Moffitt and Bob and Heidi Lenski, Aunt Germaine Moffitt and cousin Eli Moffitt of Franklin, NC; Aunt Kim Rudy of Charlestown, West Virginia and Uncle James Watson of Culpepper, Virginia.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Prentiss Church of God, with Rev. Don Moffitt and Rev. Tim Hayes officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cure Caleb at Macon Bank.
