Carla Lynne Sample

Franklin - Carla Lynne Sample. Age 51, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. She was born on December 26, 1962 in Sarasota, FL, where she spent the majority of her
life. In 2006, she decided to settle in Franklin, NC. Carla enjoyed the sunshine, was very fond of the ocean, adored karaoke, and loved her grandbabies.

She is survived by her father Charles D. Foster of Franklin, NC; sister Stephanie E. Hatt of Lewistown, PA; daughter Erica L. Baldwin of Sarasota, FL; son-in-law Roy D. Baldwin of Sarasota, FL; niece Amanda L. Hatt of Ft. Myers, FL; nephew Michael S. Hatt of Ft. Myers, FL; three grandchildren of Sarasota, FL; and long-term companion David Partain of Franklin, NC. Her mother, Betty Jo Foster of Franklin, NC, preceded her in death.

A memorial will be held at Marina Jack's Island Park in Sarasota, Florida, on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 1:00 PM. The memorial is open to friends and family. Please wear purple in honor of Carla's memory.
