Carrie Bea Spradlin

Franklin, NC - Carrie Bea Spradlin, age 80, of Franklin, NC passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at a local nursing home. She was born in Knox Co., TN the daughter of the late John Branson and Sara Jane Dover Davis. She was married to the late Thomas J. Spradlin who passed away November 23, 2011. She was a homemaker , a loving mother, grandmother and liked to put puzzles together.

She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Ann Webb and Christine Morgan and her husband, Charles of Franklin, NC; two sons, Melvin Eugene Spradlin and his wife Shirlene and Glenn Spradlin of Franklin, NC. Twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by a son, Lynn Spradlin; one grandchild; sisters, Mary Davis, Nellie Anderson, Ruby Correll, Betty Crisp and Daisy Frill; brothers, Bill Davis and Tim Davis.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 23 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Dryman officiating. Burial will be held at Rush Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dany Cook, Robert McMahan, Brandon Higdon, Jody Spradlin, John Balcom and Alex Hurst.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 AM, one hour prior to the service at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.
