Charles Darren Frazier

Franklin, NC - Charles Darren Frazier, age 44, of Matthews, NC formerly of Franklin, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013. Born in Jackson County, he was the son of Fred S. Frazier of Marshville, NC and Anna Paulette Mincey King of Franklin, NC. He was a purchasing agent for McGee Corporation. He was a loving son and father and loved NASCAR Racing and fishing. He was a member of Ellijay Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Charles Marshall Frazier of the home; maternal grandmother, Christine Mincey of Franklin, NC; paternal grandmother, Virginia Frazier of Matthews, NC; two brothers, Stacy Frazier and wife Melissa of Matthews, NC and Brandt A. Frazier of Franklin, NC, and six nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his longtime and loving companion, Amanda Cooper.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryant Grant Funeral Home with Rev. Morris Tippett officiating. Burial will be in Ellijay Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mitchell Dills, Jeffrey Dills, Brandon Hood, Chuck Bailey, Badger Bates, Aaron Cooper and Ronnie Vanhook. The family will receive friends Thursday, from 12:30 2:00 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
