Charles Edmond Holland

Charles Edmond Holland, 79, of Franklin, NC and Naples, FL passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 30, 2016.  He was born in Macon County, the son of the late Troy and Margie Fox Holland.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Debra Holland who died November 2012.

Mr. Holland was a real estate investor.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and he attended Prentiss Church of God in Franklin and New Hope Ministries in Naples, Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Jane Jenkins Holland of Bonita Springs, FL; sons, Michael Holland and partner Gene Brown of San Francisco, CA; and Jeffrey Holland (Samara) of Brevard, NC;  daughter‑in‑law, Conda Holland of Tampa, FL; step‑daughter, Cindy Fones; step‑son, Frank Jenkins; grandchildren, Kristen Harper (Matt), Wesley Holland, Ryan Holland and Delaney Holland; step‑grandchildren, Lane Jenkins and Britney Fones; great‑grandchildren, Micah Harper and Lily Harper; brothers, Richard Holland, Edward Holland and Veril Holland and sisters, Mildred Pennington and Ina Enloe.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Prentiss Church of God with Rev. Don Moffitt officiating.  Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 5, from 6 ‑ 8:00 pm at Bryant‑Grant Funeral Home and Crematory.
