Charles Fletcher Strickland

Franklin, NC - Charles Fletcher Strickland, age 76, of Franklin, NC, passed away Friday, February 28, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Durham County, North Carolina, the son of the late Paul and Daisy Herring Strickland. He was a real estate broker, loving father, grandfather, brother, son and uncle. He liked helping others, gardening, bird watching, and the outdoors.

He is survived by three daughters, Trisha Strickland Moslet and husband Sean of Leesville, LA, Diana Lynne Reese of Franklin, NC, and Julie Ann Callison and husband Aaron of Hamilton, MT; his twin sister, Ann Buffaloe and husband Atlas of Fuquay Varina, NC, and Alice Strickland and husband Don of Raleigh, NC; one brother, Paul Strickland of Wake Forest, NC; a niece, Melanie Rand of Apex, NC, and one granddaughter, Cheyenne Taylor Fleszar.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
