Charlotte Hook Baker

Franklin, NC - Charlotte Hook Baker, age 71, of Franklin, NC, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015. She was born in Washington DC, the daughter of the late Charles Wallace Hook and Clarissa Waple Hook. She had worked in a clerical position for the US Government, and was of the Catholic Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Baker, Jr., and two brothers, Frank and David Hook.

She was survived by two daughters, Dorothy Baker of Franklin, NC and Kristine Newman of Tampa, FL; one son, Frank Baker, III of Franklin, NC; one sister, Mary Helene Seal of Richmond, VA; two grandchildren, Jessica and Jordan Newman.

Memorial services will be held at a later date
