Christopher "Clete" Baldwin

Mr. Christopher Edward "Clete" Baldwin, 68, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026. Clete was born June 24, 1957, in Marietta, Ga to the late Howard Samuel Baldwin and Patricia Ann Doster Baldwin Mason.

Clete worked many years for Vanhook Flooring. He loved the outdoors such as trout fishing, hunting, camping, dig ramps, and playing golf. He also loved to go and spend time at the lake with family and friends. He was a Carolina Panthers fan and was a fan of the Atlanta Braves. He was a 1975 graduate of Franklin High School.

Survivors include his four brothers, John Baldwin (William), Danny Baldwin (Diane), Jerry Baldwin (Cindy), and Eric Baldwin; nieces and nephews, Brandi White (Brandon), Ashli Dye (Howard), C.J. Baldwin (Jordan), Lindsay Rumans (Chris), and Josh Baldwin (Amy); great nieces and nephews, Gannon White, Howard Dye, Carson Dye, Kendall Rumans, Jace Rumans, and Presley Baldwin.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 21, 2026, in the Grant Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
