Franklin, NC - Clarence Leo Schroeder, age 81, of Franklin, NC, passed away, Friday, July 4, 2014. He was born in Addison County, Illinois, the son of the late Clarence and Alma H. Schroeder. He had worked as a water technician for Orange County Water, he liked flower gardening and attended Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
