Clyde Taylor Brown

Westminster, SC and Highlands, NC - Clyde Taylor Brown, age 50, of Westminster, SC, passed away, Tuesday, April 17, 2012. He was a native of Macon County, the son of Arlene Crunkleton Brown of Highlands, NC and the late Tomlee Brown. He was a machine operator for Johnson Controls Manufacturing. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and loved to hunt and fish. He also loved older Cameros and trucks and loved working on them.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 19 years, Tammy Webb Brown, two daughters, Ashley Brown and Anna Brown both of Westminster, SC; two sisters, Maxine Ramey of Highlands, NC and Brenda Clark of Portland, Oregon; one brother, Howard Brown. One grandchild, Zayden Robinson also survives.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 21st at 2:00 pm at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home in Highlands, NC, with Rev. Robert Ramey and Rev. Matt Shuler officiating. Burial will be at Miller Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be B. J. Ramey, Travis Ramey, Cory Ramey, Cory Holbrooks, Bradley Webb, and Josh Wolfrey.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 20, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home in Highlands.
