Connie Sue (Hester) Pollack

Mrs. Connie Sue Hester Pollack, 79, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Mrs. Pollack was born August 10, 1945, in Sevierville, Tennessee to the late William Trentom and Louise Hester Cook.

Connie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and worked at the Casino in Cherokee for many years. She and her husband, Allen loved to travel to Europe and Nova Scotia. She had a deep love for her family especially her children and grandchildren. Connie had a giving and caring heart. She loved spending time with her friends and making wonderful memories.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Allen Pollack; three sons, Jason Saunooke (Heather); Adam Pollack (Jackie), and Charles Pollack; six grandchildren, Jason Saunooke, II, Jocelyn Saunooke, Jessie Saunooke, Dylan Saunooke, Elijah Pollack, and Brooklyn Pollack; two great-grandchildren, Darius Saunooke and Yvonne Saunooke; and many siblings.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 26 Cattle Dr. Whittier, NC. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00pm Tuesday at the church before the service. Burial will follow at Campground Cemetery.
