Dan Alfred Peterson

Cashiers, NC - Dan Alfred Peterson, age 84, of Cashiers, NC, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014. He was born in Holton County, Kansas, the son of the late Dan and Lois Johnson Peterson. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and was an Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean War. He had worked as Vice President for Lockheed Martin. He loved to fly fish and he served with many Charity Organizations.

He is survived b his wife, Virginia Wallace Peterson, a daughter, Jill Borrego and her husband Joe of New Mexico and two sons, Dan Randy Peterson and his wife Christi of Colorado and Scott Peterson of Florida; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survives.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
