Daniel Walter- Chance Johnson

Franklin, NC - Daniel Walter- Chance Johnson, 34, of Franklin passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014. Born in Jackson County, he was the son of Judie Phillips Johnson of Franklin and the late Danny Johnson. He was self-employed as a roofer and carpenter. He was a loving father and grandfather who loved his family. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and drawing. He loved his Lord and was a member of Olive Hill Gospel Chapel.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Heather Reynolds; a son, Brandon Reynolds; two brothers, Shaye Johnson and Nacomas Johnson both of Franklin and two grandchildren, David Johnson and Ryder Reynolds. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Henry.

Funeral services will be held, Monday, December 1, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with Rev. Dale Clouse officiating. Burial will be in Joe Grounds Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Shaye Johnson, Nacomas Johnson, Brandon Reynolds, Ardell Collier, Tyler Watson and Dave Graves. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 - 8:00 pm at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
