David Michael Jones

Franklin, NC-

David (Dave) Michael Jones, 45, passed suddenly and went to be with our Lord on Thursday, November 24, 2016.  Dave was born March 22, 1971 in Arlington, VA to Lynn Williams Kimball of Highlands and the late Michael Harvey Cudd.

Those who knew him loved him.  Knowing him or just meeting him, you could see through him straight to his heart and knew he was good.  He had the biggest heart and the kindest soul. He is at perfect peace now and his mind and soul at rest.

Dave was a hard worker and was a true believer and lived his faith. Most of all, he loved spending time with his son Michael.  They enjoyed playing guitars, fishing and just hanging out together.

Survivors include his mother, Lynn Kimball (Kerry) of Highlands; a son, Michael David Jones of Franklin; a sister, Katie Baker Passmore (Tracy) of Franklin; two step-daughters, Hannah Strum and Morgan George; and five nieces, Kylie Hunter, Kandis Hunter, KaraLynn Baker, Kyndal Passmore, and Karis Passmore.

A memorial service was held at the Community Bible Church in Highlands on Thursday, December 1, 2016.
