Deborah Ann Elliott

Deborah Ann Elliott, 67, of Franklin, NC, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022.  She was born August 17, 1954, to the late William and Willomae Marie (Bill) Stallcup.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Elliott, and four brothers, Eddie Stallcup, Sanford Stallcup William Stallcup and Jim Stallcup.

She is survived by three daughters, Tiffany Elliott, Amanda Lackey and Maleigha Swartz all of Franklin, NC; granddaughters, Shawna Hipp (Cory) of Whittier, Kieara Elliott, Billly Lackey and Gabrielle Lackey of Franklin, NC; great-granddaughters, Kinsleigh Hipp, Katum Hipp and Everleigh Elliott; brothers, Charles Stallcup (Margot) of Nicholson, GA and Troy Stallcup of Cotati, CA; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
