Dorothy (Raulerson) Ming

Dorothy Raulerson Ming, 95, of Franklin passed away Monday, November 27, 2017. Born in Okeechobee, FL, she was the daughter of the late Keatley Burt and Martha Scott Raulerson. She was married to Robert Ming who preceded her in death in 1991.

Mrs. Ming was a bookkeeper and she was a member of Faith Primitive Baptist Church in Toccoa, GA.

Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy Delores Vito (Edwin) of Shelby, NC; her son, Larry Steve Ming (Fran) of Jamestown, TN; two sisters, Shirley Bennett and Louise Chandler; 12 grandchildren and 10 great‑grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Lee Lane; a sister, Lucille Lyon, and a brother, Forest B. Raulerson.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Bryant‑Grant Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will greet friends following the service. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
