Mr. Douglas George Burton, Sr., 85, of Franklin, NC, passed away Friday, May 29, 2026. He was born July 8, 1940, in Washington, D.C. to the late Phyllis Newton Saltry and Douglas George Burton.
Mr. Burton served as a Navy Seal, in the role of a "Frog Man" and was a Vietnam Veteran. He owned his own company, COA Services, which he loved.
