Ethel Weston Gill

Franklin, NC - Ethel Weston Gill, age 94, of Franklin, NC passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011. Born in London England, she was the daughter of the late James and Annie Perry. She was married first to Arthur James Weston and later to David Loos Gill. She was a seamstress and loved to sew for her friends. She was a member of St. Agnes Episcopal Church.

Ethel is survived by one son, Brian Weston and wife Nancy of Franklin, NC; one sister, Shirley Smith of Harlow England and one brother James Perry of London England. Six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive. In addition to her parents and husbands she was preceded in death by a daughter, Maureen Weston and a son, Graham Weston.

Memorial services will be held Monday, October 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with Rev. Dorrie Pratt officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Baptist Children’s Home Moody Cottage, 2127 Iotla Church Rd., Franklin, NC 28734.
