Frederick James Sherer

Frederick James Sherer, 77, of Lehigh, FL. and Franklin, NC passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020. Born April 17, 1942 in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, Frederick was the son of the late Kenneth Sherer, Sr. and Doris Sweet Sherer. He retired from Lee County, Fl. Department of Transportation as a paint operator. Frederick enjoyed fishing, playing cards, gem mining, woodworking and making wooden toys. He was of the Assembly of God faith and attended Riverside Fellowship Church.

Frederick is survived by his wife of 43 years, Eva Sherer; two sisters, Margaret Williams of Georgia and Bonnie Sherer of Georgia. He is preceded in death by his parents.

A private service will be held.
