Glenda Greer Adams

Franklin - :Glenda Greer Adams, age 62, of Franklin passed away Friday, June 7, 2013. She was born April 18, 1951 in Rowan County, NC, the beloved youngest daughter of the late Bessie Helton Greer and Gus Greer. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, John Parker Adams, Jr. and a daughter, Tina Adams of Franklin. Three sisters, Joyce Young (Ray Young) of Franklin, NC, Virginia Williams of Anchorage, Alaska and Frankie Monteith of Brevard, NC also survive. She is also survived by many beloved cousins, two special Aunts, two nieces and three nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gus Greer, Jr.

Glenda graduated from West Rowan High School and Western Carolina University. She was a member of Unity Presbyterian Chuch of Woodleaf, NC.

At her request, no services will be held.
