Hattie Marie Maney

Franklin, NC - Hattie Marie Maney, age 53, of Barnes Cove Road, Franklin, NC passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at her residence. She was a native of Macon County, the daughter of Rebecca Bates Sanders of Gastonia, NC and the late James Logan Sanders.. She was a homemaker and was of the Jehovah Witness faith. She loved doing crafts.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 33 years, Harry Maney; her daughter, Angie Maney of Franklin, NC and her son, Billy J. Maney of Clarksville, GA; her granddaughter, Abbygale Maney; one sister, Faye Smith of Clover, SC; four brothers David Bingham, Charles Sanders and Carroll Sanders of Clover, SC and Robert Sanders fo Mt. Holly, NC.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 20 at 2:30 PM at Tippett Cemetery with Rev. John Raby officiating. Robert Maney, William Maney, Mark Mashburn, Richard Davis, Sr, Richard Davis, Jr and Jackie Zimmerman will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 20 from 12:30-2:00PM at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Hattie to the family.
