Hazel Cabe

Hazel Jones Cabe, age 76, of Franklin, NC, passed away Monday, February 29, 2016.  She was born in Jackson County, NC, the daughter of the late Henley and Eula Nations Jones.  She had worked as a sales clerk and was a member of Rockdale Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Clarence Hilton Cabe; daughter, Deborah Pope (Randy) of Lexington, NC, two sisters, Joyce Hensley of Webster, NC and Frankie Keever (Buck) of Virginia Beach, VA.  She was preceded in death by two sisters, Melissa Dillard and Shirley Bryant.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryant‑Grant Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert Dryman and Rev. Kelly Dotson officiating.  Burial will be in Wright Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 pm, prior to the service, at Bryant‑Grant Funeral Home.
