Hazel Mae Pannell

Franklin, NC - Hazel Mae Pannell, age 59, of West Palmer Street, Franklin, NC passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at a Clay County Care Center. She was born in Clearwater, FL the daughter of the late Manley Franklin and Dorothy Lee Borders Conhiser. She worked at Roses, drove a school bus for several years and was a flagger for road construction.

She is survived by a son, Clarence Tallent, Jr and his wife, Rebecca of Franklin, NC; a sister, Linda Ammons of Snellville, GA and a brother Frank Conhiser of Franklin, NC. Six grandchildren also survive.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
