Helen (Miller) Crisp

Helen Miller Crisp, 83, of Franklin, NC, passed away September 2, 2024.  She was born January 12, 1941, in Wyoming County, West Virginia to the late Albert Lewis Miller and Pearl Steele Miller.

Helen was a Christian woman and a homemaker. She loved gardening, canning and cooking she also loved and cared for her family.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Earl Crisp; son, Stephen Crisp (Misty); one grandchild, Jessica Crisp; one brother, Rondal Miller; one sister, Betty Jean Turner and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Edgar Okey Miller, Ora Lee Miller, Harold Miller and Kansas Marie Miller, also several half brothers and sisters.

A funeral service will be held Friday, September 6, 2024, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home, with Rev. Richard Salmason and Rev. Randy Drinnon officiating. Burial will be in Crisp Dills Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Malcolm Miller, Cody Harper, Robert Crisp, Paul Crisp, Richmond Crisp and Robert Holland.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 till 11:00 am one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
