Isabell Milligan Wilson Slama

Franklin, NC - Isabell Milligan Wilson Slama, age 90, of Pat Rogers Road, Franklin, NC, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2009 at her residence. She was a native of Providence, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late John R. and Annie Kelso Milligan. She was a homemaker and a member of Franklin First Alliance Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Slama.

She is survived by two daughters, Nan Preston of Franklin, NC, and Mary Phillips of Franklin, NC; one sister, Margaret Baker of Garnarvillo, Iowa; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Memorial services will be held February 21, 2009 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home, with Rev. Vic Greene officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00pm, one hour prior to the service at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.
