James Frank Willis
James Frank Willis, 52, of Franklin, NC, passed away July 23, 2020. He was born November 2, 1967 in Orange Co., FL to Walter Albert Willis and Shirley Jones Willis. Mr. Willis was a roofer.
He is survived by his three sons; Devin Willis of Franklin, NC, Daylin Pierce of Dixon, TN and Bradley Willis of Alabama.
