Jane Marie (Collins) Moon

Jane Marie Collins Moon, 96, of Franklin, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022.  She was born August 11, 1925, in Oneida, New York, the daughter of the late Webster and Irene Eckhard Collins. Mrs. Moon was a finance director for the Osceola County Department of Aging and was of the Methodist faith.  Jane loved to collect antiques of all kinds, and she built an extensive collection of dolls and children’s toys.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by a son, Wells Arthur Moon, Jr., a daughter, Joy Marie Huddlestun, and a sister, Dorothy Copperwheat. She is survived by a son, Alfred Webster Moon (Cheryl) of Overland Park, Kansas, six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren.
