Janis Marie (Byers) Campbell

Janis Marie Campbell, 90, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Mrs. Campbell was born October 26, 1926 to the late William Byers and Evelyn Elizabeth Byers. She worked in retail for the U.S. Military and was married to the late Lori P. Campbell. Janis loved dogs, sewing, embroidering, quilting, and dancing.

Survivors include her children, Norman Campbell (Lisa) and Gary Schinning; seven grandchildren, Mart Campbell, Ellen Campbell, David Campbell, Gary Christopher Schinning, Larry Kirk Schinning, Patrick Lori Schinning, and Russell William Schinning; and nine great‑grandchildren; and two special friends, Kay Clark and Elva Lean both of Franklin, NC.

A memorial service will be held Monday, March 20, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryant‑Grant Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Branson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30‑2:00 pm prior to the service and following the service at the funeral home.
