Joan (Clark) Tilley

Joan Clark Tilley, 87, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2017.  She was born November 18, 1929 in Atlantic County New Jersey to the late James and Elizabeth Clark.

Mrs.Tilley was a waitress for 50 years and sold real estate in Florida in her early years.  She was an avid sports and NASCAR fan, and she loved to travel and collect Pandas. Joan was of the Catholic faith.

Mrs.Tilley is survived by three sons, Robert “Bob” Edward Tilley (Ruthie) of Albany, Georgia, Billy Tilly (Jackie) of Franklin North Carolina, Richard Tilley (Lali) of Franklin, North Carolina, two sisters, Ann Wigglesworth and Mary Smith, two brothers, Thomas Clark and Pete Clark, and four grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Edward Tilley, daughter, Elizabeth Ann Tilley, and a brother and a sister.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends following the service.
