John Hammond Griffith

John Hammond Griffith, 82, of Glenville passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018. He was born in Washington, DC, the son of the late John Hammond and Hazel Jaynes Griffith.

Mr. Griffith was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was an engineer and was a member of Grace Community Church in Cashiers.

Survivors include his wife, Christine O'Neil Griffith; his daughter, Anne O'Neil Griffith Gaddini; his son, John Hammond Griffith V; grandchildren, Hannah Gaddini, Mary Courtney Gaddini, Elizabeth Gaddini, Isabella Gaddini, Jojo Gaddini, Emma Griffith, Noah Griffith and Daniel Griffith and sisters, Anne Page (Anna) Griffith Bernhard, Courtenay Griffith Yenni and Susan Griffith Donaldson.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Grace Community Church in Cashiers, NC.
