Joseph Scott Vinson

Joseph Scott Vinson,61, of Franklin, N.C., passed away on Monday, Aug. 16, 2021. Scott was born on March 17, 1960, in Dayton, Ohio to Joseph and Nancy Vinson. Scott was a loving husband and father. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Anne Vinson who passed away on February 27, 2021, and father, Joseph Forest. Scott worked in construction, owned a pack and ship company and in recent years he worked at Angel Medical Center. Scott was a Master Chef who enjoyed cooking for family and friends. He also loved spending time searching for and collecting mushrooms which he then turned into spore print art. Scott is survived by his daughter, Olivia Anne Vinson, mother, Nancy Schneider, brother, Steven Vinson and numerous other relatives and friends. A memorial Service will be held at a later date.
