Joyce Ann (Phillips) May

Joyce Ann Phillips May, age 73, of Topton, NC, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016.  She was born in Warren, Michigan, the daughter of the late Raymond and Ila Crawford Phillips.  She was a registered nurse and a member of Briartown Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of  56 years, Sidney May, a son, Brian Carl May of the Nantahala Community, two brothers, Raymond Phillips of Warren, MI and Dr. Norman Phillips of Chetek, Wisconsin.  She was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald Phillips, Carl Phillips and Marvin Phillips.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
