Franklin, NC & Pickens, SC - Judy Hall Wyatt, age 61, of Pickens, South Carolina, formerly of Franklin, NC, died Saturday, January 10, 2009 at her residence in Pickens, SC. A native of Macon County, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late R.L. Hall.
She is survived by her mother, Louise Woody Smith of Franklin, NC; one daughter, Jennifer Lee Arrowood of Columbia, SC; two sons, Joe Wyatt and Jeffrey Wyatt and his wife, Della of Pickens, SC; two sisters, Pam Ledford and her husband, Steve and Jackie Beck and her husband, Larry of Franklin, NC.; three step sisters, Lytha Hughes and her husband, Billy, Juanita Baker of Franklin, NC, and Linda Henry and her husband, Clem of Highlands, NC; two brothers, Bill Smith and Terry Smith and his wife, Jennifer of Franklin, NC; eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Grover L. Wyatt and a daughter, Joy Elaine Harris.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, January 12, 2009 at Burningtown Baptist Church, with the Revs. Randy Bryson and Charles Stevens officiating. Pallbearers will be, Bill, Terry, and Jason Smith, Dustin Pendergrass, Ben Woody and Harry Henry. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Burningtown Baptist Church.
